Exercise Equipment & Apparel
I use this workout mat every single day! It’s great for stretching, conditioning, and aerobics and provides a lot more padding than a typical yoga mat (comfortable knees, yes please). It has a durable, faux leather surface which provides a safe surface for gymnastics and fitness moves.
As a frequent traveler, I wanted to find workout equipment that would challenge me and be easy to store in my suitcase. Enter this resistance bands set. This multifunctional set comes with removable handles, ankle straps, and a door anchor. Not only does it provide you with versatile workout options, it comes in multiple pretty colors that will motivate you to bring these on your next trip.
Another favorite resistance band of mine are these booty bands which add extra resistance to your lower body workouts. I love that they offer 4 levels of resistance and are made with added thickness so they won’t roll or pinch your legs.
I cannot do my daily workouts without my trusty AirPods. There’s nothing like playing your favorite playlist to get you motivated for your workout. With great sound quality and the wireless feature, you will love getting fit with these quality headphones— definitely worth the investment!
As a person with hypersensitive skin, I am always on the lookout for seamless and comfortable materials that won’t irritate my skin. So when I found these sports bras, I was so excited, that I may have purchased several of these for my daily workouts. 🤫
I love these lightweight shoes so much that I bought multiple pairs. Made with recycled materials, these shoes are not only comfortable with their soft cushioning inside, but also easy to slip on and take for a walk, run, or weight-lifting session.

Ball Complete Book of Home Preserving
Summer is the perfect time to preserve fruits and vegetables in their peak season. Whether you grow produce in your own garden or shop your local farmers market, anyone can learn to can their own foods from scratch. With over 400 recipes to try out, this book is a definite winner!
Though advertised for kids, nostalgic adults can also enjoy this snow cone machine as much as the little ones. If you love crunching on ice as much as I do, you’ll love this easy-to-use machine. All you need is to add ice to the top. Instead of buying sugary syrups as an ice topping, you can make your own healthier version by adding 100% juice like V8 Blends or a low calorie and low sugar water enhancer such as True Lemon Lemonade. When it’s hot outside, you’ll thank me!
While we are on the topic of frozen beverages, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention my favorite blender. My regular and favorite breakfast is a smoothie. When you make one daily, you need a powerful and reliable blender. This NutriBullet has been my go-to for years. I love that it provides large 32 ounce cups that are perfect for busy people who are on-the-go.
Lately, I have been enjoying smoothie bowls as a refreshing treat on hot days. It has an ice cream setting that is perfect for these tasty bowls. The family-sized pitcher means that you can make multiple smoothies, drinks, and more for the whole family or to save for later in the fridge or freezer. I personally double my smoothie bowl recipes and save half in the freezer for later.
BONUS: Sunfood Superfoods Acai Powder Smoothie Mix for Maqui Berry Acai Bowls
I found this superfood bowl blend- organic, vegan, kosher, and gluten-free- and have been really enjoying it as a base for my smoothie bowls. You can follow the recipes on the back of the package, make your own creation, or try out my recipe below!
Superfood Summer Smoothie Bowl (Dairy-Free)
Makes 2 servings
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened (can substitute with milk of choice)
2 frozen bananas, sliced
1 cup frozen berry mix
1 cup of crushed ice
¼ cup acai maqui bowl mix
¼ cup peanut powder
2 tablespoons cacao powder
2 tablespoons goji berries
2 tablespoons cacao nibs
Combine ingredients in a high-powered blender and process until smooth. Pour into 2 bowls— one to eat and one with a lid to save for later. Freeze bowl to eat now for 10 minutes before consuming. Store bowl for later in the freezer. Top with additional add-ons if desired— fruit, nuts, granola, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, and chia seeds are some of my favorites.
